Where were grow selling 1 home a month using structured deals with closing 3 homes per month without awareness into if business and properties were profitable.

What was going on before

Business owner filled every role within the company, limiting ability to grow business. They wanted to “work on their business” while hiring Right People for the Right Seats to work in their business

The reason they chose to work with me:

worked with multiple Real Estate Investment companies and was highly recommended by a previous client to use my services to go from Chaos to Clarity in 3 months.

What we worked on in the 4 months:

  • Integrated the six components of EOS business operating system: Vision, Data, Process, Issues, People, and Traction giving clarity, direction, and accountability throughout organization.

  • Visionary/CEO got 50% of their day when he focused on growing business rather than the people, process and systems to onboard, operate and grow the business.

Results:

Setup structure, accountability of roles and tasks in month 1.

In month 2, hiring the Right People for the Right Seats as Transaction Coordinator, Acquisition Specialist and Lead Manager.

Next month will set up onboarding and training for each position.
