What was going on before

After a challenging period for Real Estate post covid, Cash Property Offers bought 8 homes from sellers under Fix n Flip and Wholesale structured deals.

Business owner is a true visionary, build a Real Estate education platform called Investor Syndicate and has a vision to put investors on Clientpro.ai on high Level platform so other investor can complete their Real Estate deals under the deal structure that makes sense to investor.
